1) How long before I get my order?
It varies throughout the year as our production levels rise and fall with the season, but our delivery time rarely exceeds 2 weeks. Events do govern our production schedule and we have never failed to meet an event date once the order has been accepted.

2) Can I supply my own garments?
Yes you can, however, the minimum quantities go up according to the number of print colors and the parameters of the quotation change. We're more than happy to provide a quotation for customers who wish to supply the garments.

3) Why are dark garments more expensive than light ones?
There are additional manufacturing costs in dyeing process for dark colors. The dyes are more costly and the process more lengthy for dark colors.
