This image was faxed to us by a client with direction on
how he would like to lay the t-shirt out.
sStep
Two
We
then begin the process by sketching out some ideas. And then deciding
which one will work the best.
sStep
Three
Once
we finish the sketch and scan the artwork into the computer, we begin
to layout the t-shirt.
sStep
Four
After
the artwork has been scanned we begin to add in the color. Each color
will be separated and printed onto velum, which will be used to "burn"
onto the screen.
sStep
Five
The
screens are then placed onto the press and each color is placed on
each corresponding screen. There is a screen "burned" for
each color used in the design.
sStep
Six
This
t-shirt has two colors, blue and red.
sStep
Seven
This
t-shirt has four colors so four screens were used in the printing
process. Red, blue, white, and black.
sStep
Eight
Once
the t-shirt has all of the colors printed, it is put onto the dryer,
folded, packed and then shipped to the customer.
